Don’t we all want a blemish free face?
It is time to show you how you can achieve that perfect flawless look ready for any party in just 8 super easy steps…
Step 1: Hide all the dark circles, you do not want to look tired at a Christmas party, apply a moisturiser with SPF to help the concealer glide on smoothly. Apply the concealer only to the areas you need to such as your under eyes or blemishes on your skin, be careful & choose the correct colour for your skin tone.
Step 2 : To get perfectly even skin, use a foundation stick, it is easy and precise! Using the stick like a giant marker, mark the areas you would like to define, so your cheekbones, the sides of your nose and above your brows then blend with a beauty blender to get the best results.
Step 3 : Reassess & perfect the gritty parts. So, if you have an annoying spot, go back and use an extra layer of concealer to cover it all up. For a non-cakey look, make sure to use the beauty blender to dab down the concealer for a more natural flawless finish
Step 4 : Forget shading and sculpting cheekbones with a powder and try a cream blush instead for that glow-from-within effect. Apply to the apples of your cheeks & if you can’t find them (just smile) then blend the colour up to your temples again with a beauty blender. You can build the intensity by layering it on!
Step 5 : For pro looking eye-make up in no time, apply a wash of sheer, shimmery cream shadow from lash lines to brow bones using an eye shadow brush or your pointer finger. Shimmer hides stray hairs on your eyebrows so you don’t even need to pluck!! To get an extra bright eye effect, dot the shimmer in the inner corner of your eyes too for a dramatic effect.
Step 6 : Now add some glam to your eyes, use any colour you like and add it on top of the shimmer (avoid the brow bones) and smudge over eye lids. The trick to this is to keep blending so there are no crease lines!
Step 7 : Add some definition. For more intensity, rim your upper lash lines with a brown liner pencil and smudge it upward with your shadow brush. Finish off with two coats of mascara, on top and bottom, focusing on the outer lashes with the top of the wand. if your brows are not full enough, lightly fill in any gaps with a pencil and use a disposable mascara to brush the eyebrows in one direction. Use an eyelash curler for even more definition.
Step 8 : Get lush looking lips. Firstly you need your lips soft, so if you have chapped lips, lightly exfoliate with a toothbrush or a damp cloth and apply lip balm. Choose a colour of your choice and apply straight onto the lips starting from the middle and slowly edging out, making sure to keep within your lip line. For a more pouty look, add a little bit of gloss on top and you are done!
