As the days grow shorter, the leaves fall down and the weather turns chillier, we know that winter has finally crept in. But that won’t stop us from braving the cold weather this weekend with some exciting events lined up, we will definitely be out and about, leaving cosying up by the fire for another weekend.
Skate through Friday night at National History Museum Ice Rink
The National History Museum Ice Rink has something to offer to everyone and is certainly the place to be if you want to add a bit of fun (with the festive Christmas spirit) to your Friday. Whether it is skating or watching those who are there is a smaller rink for the kids, a fairground carousel for the little non-skaters and not to mention the balcony café where you can sit and watch in comfort with a glass of wine or mug of hot chocolate.
Switch – on Christmas lights this Saturday on Regent Street
We can safely say that for us the Christmas season officially starts when the lights are on above Regent Street and this Saturday, like us, many will be gathered around Regent Street to witness the big ‘Christmas lights switch-on’ alongside many other exciting events, including catwalk shows hosted by some of Regent Street’s finest outfitters; Jaeger, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger and many more. Combine these events with a trip to the shops, theatre or some of London’s finest bars for some delish cocktails for that ‘west is best’ experience!
Stroll in Royal Richmond Park Sunday
Home to hundreds of deer, two golf courses, pen ponds, horse-riding tracks and a cycling path, it is no wonder that Richmond Park is known as the largest Royal Park in London. And one of the most beautiful too, with spectacular views, garden seating and refreshments kiosk, this pastoral landscape of hills is perfect for when you are seeking a peaceful Sunday respite.
Our fashion agenda is to keep warm but remain stylish so here are the looks we are going for this weekend.
